Returns Policy
Since our items are custom manufactured, custom orders and are either customized or personalized please make sure you understand your selection as we are unable to provide or offer any returns.
You can change or cancel your order before we start to process. Once the order is being processed there can not be any changes or returns unless the error is our fault. In case of error on our side we will fix or replace the order.
A Return Authorization is required for any return.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Ground USA Shipping (Yarmulkes - between $12-$15) depends on location & weight is charged when we start to process the order.
Orders are usually shipped via UPS.
Processing
Orders are usually processed and ready for shipment between 2 - 3 Business Weeks. Please be assured that your order will be shipped for delivery in time of your event date
Rush Order
Rush order is no problem, if your event is close and need quicker processing, We offer RUSH order processing with no additional charges.
